    When Paystack is enabled for the deployment, complete checkout through the verified provider flow. If payment is not configured yet, the request will clearly show that state rather than pretending money was collected.

  5. Follow processing

    Check the request status in your account as the team works on it.

  6. Collect the completed item

    Download completed files when the team adds them to your request.

How long does this service take?

How do I provide the required documents?

Submit your request, then open it in My requests to attach the requested PDF, JPG or PNG files. During this local preview, use sample documents only.

Can I correct my details or add more information?

For an open request, send the correction through its message history. The team can ask for more information there too. Sending a message does not automatically change an official school or examination record.

How will I know when it is completed?

Open My requests to check the status and updates. Any completed files delivered by the team appear in that request for download. Email and SMS notifications are not enabled yet.

Will I be charged when I submit?

No payment is collected in this local preview. Review the displayed pricing and any quote requirements before submitting.
