Start with the right service.

  1. Browse services and read the current requirements, price information and availability.
  2. Sign in to your student account and complete the guided request steps.
  3. Upload only the documents requested for that service and review your information before submission.
  4. Return to the request page for messages, quotes, documents and meaningful activity history.
  5. When processing is completed, any delivered file appears in that request and in My Documents.

Student E-page is an independent support platform. Creating a request does not itself submit an application to JAMB, an examination board or a school.

Choose the service that matches the task.

JAMB results, admission letters and O’Level uploads

Open JAMB services. Each service page shows its configured requirements, availability and pricing mode before you start.

WAEC, NECO and result-checking support

Browse examination services. The current site does not automatically sell or deliver result-checker PINs.

Post-UTME, clearance and school registration

Use admission services for application support and student services for clearance, registration and other school tasks.

I cannot find the exact service I need

Browse the complete service catalogue. Do not send passwords, OTPs, card details or examination PINs in a general description.

Use verified admission information as a starting point.

The Admissions hub connects the school directory, sourced admission updates, deadlines and relevant Student E-page services.

  • School pages: show only admin-published information and identify the source and last-checked date.
  • Updates: focus on admissions, JAMB, Post-UTME, Direct Entry, examination information, admission lists, scholarships and school news.
  • Deadlines: can be filtered by institution, type, state, category and status.

Always follow the linked official source when a date or requirement is important. Student E-page does not replace the institution’s official notice.

Find a school

Use Student Tools without guessing school rules.

The Student Tools page currently includes three focused utilities.

  • Aggregate Score Calculator: converts JAMB and screening scores to percentages, then applies the weights you enter. The weights must come from the institution’s published formula.
  • School Finder: searches only institutions already published in the Student E-page admissions directory.
  • Deadline Finder: searches sourced published deadlines and shows upcoming scheduled or extended dates by default.

The calculator does not decide admission eligibility, invent cut-off marks or assume every institution uses the same formula. Open the school page or official source when the exact rule matters.

Open Student Tools

Follow the status recorded on your request.

Your dashboard and request page use the same stored request status. When the team needs something from you, the dashboard also shows the exact next action.

  • Draft: the request is not ready for processing yet.
  • Awaiting Documents: upload the requested file from the request.
  • Awaiting Payment: review the request Payments section. If Paystack is configured, use the secure checkout and then return here to verify the provider status; otherwise contact support about the payment step.
  • Submitted: your request has been saved for review.
  • Processing: the team has started working on it.
  • Action Required: open the request and follow the displayed instruction, such as correcting details, replying or confirming information.
  • Completed: processing is finished. Check Completed Documents for any delivered file.
  • Cancelled: processing has stopped.
  • Refunded: the request records a refund state. The request can record a refunded state, but provider refund execution is not automated in this build.

Payment records and request status remain separate. A completed request does not automatically mean a payment has been confirmed.

Open my requests

Keep files attached to the correct request.

Use My Documents to search files across your requests, or open a request and use its Documents tab. PDF, JPG and PNG files can be opened with the protected Preview action or downloaded.

  1. Choose the request the document belongs to.
  2. Select a PDF, JPG or PNG up to 10 MB.
  3. Add a clear label such as “O’Level result”.
  4. Wait for server confirmation before leaving the page.

Each request can hold up to 20 active files and 50 MB in total. Supporting files and completed Student E-page files are kept visually separate.

Who can access my files?

The server checks the signed-in account before upload and download. Students can access their own request files; authorised admins can access the requests they manage. File addresses alone do not provide public access.

What if an upload is interrupted?

Keep the same file selected and retry. The upload workflow is designed to avoid creating another copy after a completed retry.

Production uploads can now be routed through the configured ClamAV security scanner before storage. Local development may still allow unscanned sample files when scanning is off, and older files remain visibly marked until they have a clean scan state.

Understand charges before accepting anything.

Fixed-price services can show the provider charge, Student E-page fee and total. Quote-required services can receive an itemised quote inside the request.

Students can accept or decline an issued quote. The payment centre keeps provider-backed Paystack attempts separate from clearly labelled TEST records. TEST records do not move money or verify a bank transfer.

Online checkout appears only when the server has been explicitly configured for Paystack. Successful online payments are accepted only after server-side provider verification. See the Refund Policy for what that means in this build.

Open payment centre

Keep request communication in context.

The notification bell and Notification Centre show stored website updates and deep-link to the relevant request section or published admission article.

Messages shows request conversations and unread counts. A request message can include one protected PDF, JPG or PNG attachment. Reading a notification does not automatically mark the request conversation as read.

When an admission update is newly published, current student accounts receive a website notification linking to that article. Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery are not connected, and school-follow alerts remain a future feature.

Account help.

I cannot sign in

Check the email and password used for this account. Student and admin accounts use separate emails. Repeated failed attempts can trigger a temporary sign-in limit.

My session expired

Sign in again. Sessions expire after inactivity. Signing out also invalidates the current website session.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. A one-time reset link is sent to the account email when email delivery is configured. Resetting the password signs that account out of its other sessions.

Why do I need to verify my email?

New student accounts must verify their email before the first sign-in. Verification links expire after 24 hours. In local development, the default console email provider prints the link in the terminal instead of sending real email.

Why are my old requests missing?

Use the same account and the same project database. In this local build, records are stored on the computer running Student E-page.

Go to sign in

Use the support route that keeps context.

For an existing active request, send a message from that request or use the Contact page. The message stays attached to the request so the team can see its service details and history.

If you do not have an active request, the Contact page now has a general enquiry form. Public WhatsApp, email, support hours and office information appear only after an administrator configures them in Admin Settings.

Never send passwords, OTPs, payment-card details or examination PINs in support messages.
